When you say that "they" sued Marconi for the radio it seems like you were implying that the government of a big corporation sued him for supporting a technology (similar to P2P) that potentially threatens the corporations' ability to monetize sound recordings. But all I can find on the web is that Marconi was sued by Tesla for copyright infringement, which doesn't support your premise. Am I mistaken about my conclusion? Can you explain?
